By accessing or using any of MarsPublications’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
MarsPublications offers a range of services, including but not limited to editing, formatting, structuring, publishing assistance, and marketing support for social science, business, and economics-related documents. The specifics of each service will be detailed in a separate service agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when utilizing our services.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.
You retain full ownership of your content but grant MarsPublications a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely as necessary to deliver our services.
The fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice provided to you.
Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us immediately at care@Mars Publications. We will investigate and resolve any disputes promptly.
Refunds will be issued at MarsPublications’ discretion. If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund. A refund of 25% is applicable if requested within 7 days of the service request. Refund requests beyond this timeline will not be considered. All refund requests must be sent to care@Mars Publications and should include reasons for dissatisfaction. MarsPublications reserves the right to deny refunds if services have been substantially rendered or if the request is made outside the specified timeframe.
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by MarsPublications remain the property of MarsPublications.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any materials provided by MarsPublications without prior written consent.
MarsPublications commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and project-related information. We will not disclose any such information to third parties without your explicit consent.
MarsPublications is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
MarsPublications provides services on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MarsPublications is based. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
MarsPublications reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you through other means. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
