At Mars Publications, we work to make academic publishing accessible to researchers from every background. Cost, location, or institutional support should not decide whether someone’s research gets published. Through our social impact programmes, we actively support researchers who would otherwise struggle to access publishing help.
Academic publishing should be fair, but in reality it is not. Many talented researchers, especially those in underfunded universities or developing countries, struggle to publish their work in reputable journals.
Often, the issue is not the quality of research. The problem is lack of access to proper editing, formatting, and submission support.
At Mars Publications, we work to close that gap.
The global research community is large and diverse, but publishing support is not equally available to everyone. Researchers at well-funded institutions often have access to professional guidance, while others are left behind.
This creates a publication gap. Strong research goes unseen, not because it lacks value, but because its authors did not have the right support.
We are working to change that.
Subsidised services for low-income countries
We offer reduced-cost publishing support for researchers in low and lower-middle income countries. If cost is a barrier, we encourage researchers to contact us so we can find a solution.
Support for early-career researchers
PhD students and early-career academics often face the most challenges when publishing for the first time. We offer discounted services and step-by-step guidance to help them through the process.
Free academic resources
Mars Publications offer resources, templates and learning material to worthy research fellows. All researchers around the world have free access to these resources.
Institutional and university collaborations
We collaborate Universities, research institutions, and academic organisations from Africa, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Such collaborations provide lower prices and expanded availability of publishing services.
Language accessibility
Language barriers should not reject good research. Our English editing services are there to assist non-native speakers to make the work readable to be published internationally.
